We do not store full card numbers or CVV on SketchMath servers; payment credentials are handled by compliant third-party payment providers. We use this information only to provide the service, prevent fraud, issue invoices/receipts, meet legal obligations, and process refunds or disputes.

Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your access to and use of SketchMath. By using the Service, you agree to the following:

• Accounts: You may create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• User Content: You may create and/or upload content. You retain your rights, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, back up, and improve the Service. We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• One-time Purchases: You may buy goods, items, or services through one-time payments. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
• Subscriptions and Free Trial: We offer subscription plans and may offer a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically renew and you may be charged on the stated billing cycle.
• Intellectual Property: Our content, including logos, visual design, trademarks, software, and related materials, is the exclusive property of SketchMath and its licensors.
• Feedback: We may implement, modify, and commercialize any feedback or suggestions you provide without compensation to you.
• Promotions/Contests/Sweepstakes: We may offer promotions, contests, and sweepstakes. These may be governed by separate rules and eligibility criteria, which control in case of conflict.
• Communications: By creating an account, you agree to receive occasional reminder emails about your activity (e.g., revisiting saved graphs, trying harder problems). These are transactional/service emails, not marketing. You can disable them anytime via Email Preferences.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
