Frequently asked questions
Is the content aligned to the HKDSE syllabus?
Yes. SketchMath is built and reviewed by real HKDSE tutors — including a former HKEAA examiner — and is optimized for the HKDSE Math curriculum (Core & M1/M2), turning exam-syllabus topics into interactive, visual lessons.
What counts as an "AI question"?
Every message you send to the AI tutor in chat, and every answer the AI marks for you, uses your daily allowance. Browsing sessions, viewing old chats, and opening shared links are always unlimited. Free accounts are subject to dynamic daily rate limits to ensure server stability.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link from the sidebar. Every new friend who signs up with your link gets 1 month of Pro free, straight away. Once they ask 5 questions, you get 1 month of Pro too. You can earn this reward for up to 10 friends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal linked in your account. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I switch from monthly to an Exam Pass?
Yes. Choose "Switch to Exam Pass" on your plan. Your monthly plan then stops renewing automatically: you keep the month you've already paid for and are never charged for both. The Exam Pass is a one-time payment and never renews.
